With Prop Data Manage you can store all of your important documents and images on the cloud!
Documents Overview
The Documents section allows you to store important documents and images in most common formats. You are able to limit access to documents by branch and user group, categorise documents and assign Tags.
How to Add a New Document
While in the Documents section, Click + New Document
Media Details
Upload: Click on the upload button to select the document or image from your computer or mobile device. Once selected the uploaded document will be displayed towards the bottom of the block. If you need to rename your document/image, click on the Pen icon and provide the new document name and then click Save. You can also remove an incorrectly uploaded document by clicking on the Bin icon.
Tags: Add a new Tag or select an existing Tag from the dropdown.
Category: What would you like the document that you upload to be categorised as? Remember you will want your management team, admin staff and agents/brokers to be able to find documents easily and specific categories are the way to go. You can create a new category by typing in the require categories name and then clicking on Create, in the image below we are creating a new category called: Lease Documents
Branch: Select the branch you would like these documents to be available to, you can select multiple branches.
User Groups: Select the User Group/s you would like to have access to this document. Remember you can select more than one User Group. See more about assigning User Groups here. See image below.
