I received my activation email but it is no longer valid?
Activation emails will expire after 24 hours. Read more HERE.

My login email and/or password may be incorrect?
Remember that your username will always be your email address in lowercase. Certain mobile devices may capitilise the first letter of your email address (eg Support@propdata.net) which can present you with an Invalid Login error. More information HERE.

Which internet browser do you recommend I use?
We recommend Google Chrome is used as your browser when making use of Prop Data Manage, if you are using Chrome, please make sure that you are using the latest version.

Why does the system log me out?
The system will log you out after 30 minutes of inactivity. This is done so that confidential data is not left accessible on your PC if you have left your desk. If you are logged out long before 30 minutes, please check that your PC time zone and PC time are correct.

What is the best image size and orientation for my listings?
Images should be 1920x1080, always upload images that are in landscape orientation. .jpg images are best.

What is the best image size and aspect for my agent profile image?
Agent images should ideally be 480x640 (rectangle), head, shoulders and down to the mid torso, the image should have a bit of space above the person's head and extend down to where their arms would typically sit when folded. Here again a .jpg image is best. A free image editor can be found here.
