Adding your listing to feed to PremProperty

Once confirmation has been given by you, the client, Prop Data will add PremProperty as a portal onto your specific Prop Data Manage application.

When you select a listing to be set as an Auction listing (sales listings only) while adding a new listing or editing an existing listing, you will be provided with additional required fields to complete.

Select POA in the Pricing Details section to hide all property pricing. Or add a starting price to your listings Price.

Auction Lots: The number of lots to be auctioned. Generally, with property, this value will be 1.

Auction Date: Specify the auction date from the provided calendar.

Auction Start Time and Auction End Time: Specify the start and end times for your auction.

Auction Venue: Type in the location where the auction will be taking place.

In addition to the above required fields, PremProperty will need additional data so that they can populate the listing onto your PremProp site: See example below:

The final step to add your listing on to PremProperty is to select the feed under the Publish section of the add/edit listing form:

Click on the _{Save Listing} button at the top right of screen and our syndication technology will take care of the rest.
